Notes:
1. For stays of less than 7 days an additional one off charge of €30 is made to cover extra maintenance costs.
2. If the sofa bed is required, an extra 10% (€4.50/day) is payable to cover laundry and bedding.
3. For stays of 2 weeks a 5% discount is allowed, this is increased to 10% for 3 weeks and 15% for 4 weeks. For longer periods, rates can be negotiated.
4. On each booking a 25% deposit is taken. Full payment is due 8 weeks before the stay, or immediately if booked within 8 weeks of the arrival date. A €150 breakage deposit is required with the full payment which will be refunded in full 7 days after the stay as long as no damage has been incurred.
